Guide price (peak season): £2900 per week
Guide price (low season): £1750 per week

Sanctuary Point is located on Gloucester Pool, a 13-kilometre, island speckled lake. The water is great for swimming and boating. The point gives you 1600 feet of shoreline with a varying waterfront. While there is no formal beach area, there is a shallow, sandy entry for toddlers and non-swimmers. Rock ledges and tree areas make up the rest of the shoreline.

Privacy, spaciousness, a great waterfront, a seminal cottage experience, convenience and comfort. Sanctuary Point has all this and more! The cottage itself is a wonderful piece of architecture, designed to give plenty of waterfront views. five "pods" are joined together in a hexagon shape to provide a series of private bedroom and bathroom combinations, with the largest pod holding the common kitchen living and dining areas, giving guests the opportunity for time together, or more privacy. There is plenty of space outside the cottage. Relax and enjoy the view at a number of vantage points, go for a walk among the trees or enjoy the cooling waters of Gloucester Pool. boating and fishing in this area is terrific. Barbecuing on the deck here is a treat. There are golf courses and ski hills relatively close by, and historic Midland-Penetanguishene is just 35 km away. Cyclists will also enjoy some quiet roads in a peaceful setting.
